preg_match error after 2.8 upgrade

    Maybe I’ll have better luck creating a new thread instead of adding on to one marked as resolved…

    After upgrading to 2.8 I get the following errors at the top of my blog:

    Warning: preg_match() [function.preg-match]: Unknown modifier ‘[‘ in /var/vhosts/chico.theatredate.com/htdocs/wp-includes/classes.php on line 210
