First, this support forum is for free users. If you are experiencing issues on your WordPress install – I would recommend reaching out to us via the contact form on our site.

Better would be to submit a support request via the support form inside of the plugin.

It sounds like the format that your free version, and the format of the pro version do not match – and thus it does not know how to properly parse and display the date.

Can you try re-saving your dates.

Again, please submit a support request through the plugin itself, or through the contact form on our site:
    https://www.wp-timelineexpress.com/contact/

    Thanks,
    Evan
