    Hi There ,

    I need Help with shipping issue, i want give custom shipping rates for orders.
    basically im going to sell fridges and im going use Australian Post but they only allow max 22KG Parcels. so i want give custom shipping prices by looking at customers orders.

    is there any way or plugin to do that ?

    If an order had say a fridge, how would it then be shipped? Can it not be calculated during checkout?

    I do need to give a customised quote after 22kg as freight changes a lot for deliveries out of the cities.

    I have a couple of products with Australia post shipping costs, but i also have some products which is not easily shippable using regular methods, so we need to give a custom quote to the buyers about that.

    What do you think, how can i achieve something like this?

    I’m not sure if there is a pre-made solution which will work for everyone – your main issue will be you need to charge at checkout, but the shipping cost is not yet added. So perhaps those large items need to either be checked out separate, or a ‘request a quote’ feature needs adding at the product level.

    Otherwise for a smoother checkout experience you could add costs for these items and adsorb any differences…
