Home Page Space

Hi,

Can someone help me and let me know how to get rid of the space in between my Menu and image in my home page? dssfast.com. I was able to get rid of the space on the other pages but not the home page. Also, there is too much space in between my Contact us title: Name, Email, Subject and Message and Text/type field in my contact us page. How do I get rid of it?
