Great plugin! Does exactly what I need it to

Except I have two small issues

    * It covers up the footer
    * It only appears at the bottom on my mobile device (iPhone 6).

For the first issue, is it possible to change this? I tried messing around with the padding in settings, which did show some of the footer, but ideally I’d like to keep the padding as it is.

For the second issue, on desktop and tablet, the contact bar appears as it should, constantly stuck at the bottom of the page so it’s always viewable. However on mobile it seems to only show up when you reach the bottom of the page. This is only the case in portrait mode, in landscape mode it appears to be working fine. Checked this on both Safari and Chrome.

    Any advice?

To stop covering the footer uncheck the box at “Enable fixed position”. The bar will be appended at the end of the page.

Fixed position is not available in mobile devices. That is intentional to not cover too much of the content in small displays.

Actually, I sorted it out. I wanted to keep it so that it carried on appearing at the bottom of the page at all times, so changed the padding and margins of the page footer and it all looks great now.

On mobile, apologies as I didn’t spot that previously. You’ve quite clearly stated in the menu that it’s not available on mobile! I’ll be sure to look a bit closer next time before asking! 🙂

Thanks again for an absolutely top notch plug in! I’ll be making a donation shortly!
