Product pricing disappears

    I have built a website on a “staging” url. I have been adding product into the site for about 2 weeks now. I have now added about 26 products. About 2 days ago, some of the pricing was disappearing from some of the products randomly. These products were already loaded into the site and were not being updated. The front of the site said the product was “out of stock” and the price would disappear. I would check woocommerce back end and the product would still have plenty stock listed and said in stock on the back end. I wouldn’t change anything on the product and only push UPDATE in the quick edit screen and the price would reappear, but only for about 20 min or so. Then the price would automatically disappear again.

    It’s not doing it to all products, just some of them.

    Disable WPML and retest.

    Thank you Mike. This seams to fix the problem. I disabled it this morning ( over an hour ago) and I cleared the WordPress cache and it corrected the problem and has not disappeared yet. Usually they would disappear within 20 min or so.

    New question, I have now removed WPML to fix this problem, but I do need my site to be multi-lingual. Do you have a replacement reference? Do they make a multi lingual plugin that converts text automatically instead of having to re-write the text in different languages?

    If you’re established it’s WPML, you can post on the WPML forums and report it. All multilingual plugins seems to have “issues” unfortunately. I prefer the idea of running a separate store per language.

    Hi Mike,

    i had some issue when i update my wordpress and woocommerce to latest version, when i go to wp admin to check my woocommerce order of customers, all the price, option and quantity is disappear even my customer new order email.

    what can i do?
