I really need this fixed. Can I please get some support?
Hi Nicholas,
Try turning on/off “Use advanced JS cache” in Events -> Settings –> Advanced Settings. If this does not help, check whether there is a conflict with another plugin http://time.ly/document/user-guide/troubleshooting/first-troubleshooting-step/
turned off the “Use advanced JS cache” but am still getting the error. turned off all other plugins except for the calendar and time.ly add-ons and still get the same issue. i use X theme and do not have any problems with the calendar on other sites using the same theme.
What URL(WordPress Address (URL) & Site Address (URL)) do you have set in Settings > General in your WordPress?
I am getting this error also – The details of the event works just when you try to change the calendar month or year is when the error occurs.
@nicholas, what’s in the .htaccess file?
I also have the same issue as twelve60 exactly, I did check the .htaccess file even removed all contents and still get error if that helps
this is everything that is in the .htaccess file:
# BEGIN WordPress
<IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
RewriteEngine On
RewriteBase /festivals-events/
RewriteRule ^index\.php$ – [L]
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteRule . /festivals-events/index.php [L]
</IfModule>
# END WordPress
Any updates on this issue?
This is my calendar:

Need help on this issue too.
1. Make sure that your Calendar page is set to the right page in the settings.
2. No need to use shortcode on a page set as the default in the plugin settings.
3. Try turning on/off “Strict compatibility content filtering” in Events -> Settings –> Viewing Events.
4. Try turning on/off “Use frontend rendering” in Events -> Settings –> Advanced.
Also, have you tried to change permalinks to default?
I have tried all your suggestions with no success. The server responds Forbidden
Same. I have tried all the different permalink options and none of them fixed the issue.
