• Now I don’t know whether this should be considered a bug or not, but here goes:

I recently installed this plugin on my wordpress build (www.wallofscribbles.com) and I noticed that when I tried paging, it was paging to page items that I had flagged as “private.”

At first I panicked and got my friend to navigate to my website. When he paged, he did not get the private pages.

Now I realized at this point that because I was logged in, I was able to page to private pages because of my admin status. The only hitch is that my total post count was the “public” article count.

Maybe it would be a possible future feature to have a checkbox to ignore hidden posts or some such? I tried going through your code to see if I could rig up a work-around, but I couldn’t see a way to do it without re-writing half of the code.

    Thoughts?

  • I’ve just written a new plugin called WP Paging. The codebase in that one is much better and it has more settings to play with. Maybe it can help you in some way?

The code is not that messy this time.
