Limit votes to 5 times (in 5 minutes)

Hi Lester

I have a question easy for you I get (but hours for me)
I use Wp-postratings and I want to limit people to vote:
5 times per 24H period
I wonder the best way to do that in 3 or 4 line of code.

• If you could only tell me about disabling after 5 votes

I think i can deal with the 24H period.(cron job)
If get 80% of the code or good direction.
I can deal with the rest thanks.
