How to Fix Photo to Fit My City Banner

    I’m very new to WordPress and am trying to help a team figure out a re-design, this time using My City theme.

    We want to use old photos from an old site and upload them onto the new My City theme. The photos don’t fit the box here: (Where it says “The Best Weekly Places.” http://themeforest.net/item/mycity-geolocation-directory-and-events-guide/12265153

    The reason we want to fit it is because there is text overlay on the old photos and the past graphic designer only kept the final jpeg. We can’t change it now.

    If you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
