Ability to delete / move / ignore here

Just a curious thought… What of the ability to delete / move our posts here, and to ignore other users, who don’t actually make an attempt to answer questions, instead take topics so far off the topic of the question that they make such irrelevant and defeat the purpose of even asking the question in the first place? I know we can ignore them just by not responding, but I would like to see a way to filter out their posts so that I don’t even have to see them in the first place.
