• Hello–

    When I’m testing the plugin, the attendee’s email address doesn’t show up in the system, nor does it show up in the email summary sent to me. In the email summary (“New RSVP Submission”), all the other fields are filled out, but the email field is blank. The attendee doesn’t receive a confirmation email either.

    I’ve read that the attendee not receiving a confirmation email is probably a hosting issue. How should I try to resolve this with my host?

    Also, how should I resolve the first issue?

  • Can you manually add their email address? Just trying to figure out where you might be having problems.

    When I am testing as an attendee, there is an email field, but when I look at the reservation information as an admin, or export the CSV file, nothing appears in the email field.

    Yes. When I manually add an email address to an attendee’s entry, it shows up when I export the attendee list.

    However, it doesn’t show up on the “RSVP Plugin” main page (the one with the different columns for different questions.
