I can’t change the index image once it has been set. I just updated an old recipe and wanted to update the index image, but even after adding the new image several times, it still defaults to the old image. Help please!

I was able to resolve this by de-activating Photon in Jetpack. Photon caches your images on a WordPress site, and isn’t very smart about updating them when they change. Apparently it goes by name only, and you can’t change the names since they are autogenerated.
