• Hi guys,

Could you please add the ability to manually edit the Bounce count on a subscriber’s page? There are times when an email may bounce but we decide we don’t want it to count towards their bounce count.

For example if the subscriber’s email provider goes down and bounces are temporary, if our emails are rejected due to a temporary IP blacklist situation, or if the user was over-quota and then clears out their mailbox. In all these situations the email will bounce, but we want to be able to reduce their bouncecount so these bounces aren’t counted. Currently the only way to do this is editing the mysql database directly.

This is especially important when using the “Delete subscriber after X number of bounces” option.

    Hi again,

Just another thought – maybe an easier feature would be an option to “reset bounce count”. Would be great it if was a bulk action in the subscribers screen, so we can select multiple users and then reset the bounce count for all the selected users.

    Thank you for your posts.

I’m adding this to our development list now so that we can add this feature.

Either to edit the bounce count or to reset the bounce counts using a bulk action.
