Image not showing up in Carousel

I’ve emailed you a couple of times before on this issue but have not received a response back from you.

On my client’s site, http://www.johnettedowning.com I have placed a carousel at the bottom of the front page. In that carousel, one image is not showing up. I can’t find a reason why. Can you please help me fix this problem?
