  • Hi,

Thank you for contacting us 🙂 I noticed opacity value is missing from your gallery, it can be due to your current theme, you can check using twenty sixteen theme latest version and/or by creating a new gallery or re-saving the gallery.

Also first update Envira gallery version to latest release 1.5.0.2

    Thank you

Thanks for your assistance. I did switch out the theme and the gallery showed up. When I switch back the theme it disappeared again. I did update the to version 1.5.0.2. I also deleted the gallery and recreated another one to no avail. However I used the same theme for another recently completed site with no problem. Would appreciate any suggestions.

Hi – I can see you are having some images issues due to the errors on your site. You are trying to serve images from Facebook – which is https:// to your site which is http:// so it’s throwing an error.

This could be what is breaking the js for the gallery to not apply the opacity needed to display the images.

If you use Safari, you can right-click on the page > inspect , then click the red erros to see what’s happening and Safari will give you some more detail.

You are also getting an error from evnira_isotopes but I believe you have something in your footer calling that script which is what is breaking it as .done is not a function.

Thank you so much for your assistance. I have removed the plugin from Facebook and inspected the element. Still can’t figure out what is causing it. Do you know what this would mean?

jquery-migrate.min.js?ver=1.4.0:2 JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.0
(index):276 Uncaught TypeError: envira_isotopes[239].imagesLoaded(…).done is not a function

Thank you so much for your time and assistance!

    Hi,

This is caused due to the following script within your theme using an older version of imagesLoaded:
    http://www.joyboxhq.com/wp-content/themes/unsigned/includes/woo-discography/assets/js/ttw-music-player.js?ver=1.0.1

We’ll issue a fix for this in the next release to avoid this conflict, at which point your gallery will work.

    Thanks.
