Error with fonts, link colours and other css items

Hi!
I’m using the free version of this plugin at the moment to test the waters but not sure why the first time I’ve tried it the font, colour of links and a few other things are wrong..
The thing is that all the settings are correct on the theme options panel but are not being applied like if there was some sort of bug stopping them.
Any clue of why this would be, specially when the corresponding wp-options table is correct and so are the theme options.
