    Hi,

I have just updated a form from 3.9 to 4.0.41.

This form has a checkbox multiple field with a great many options.

On the previous version of FSCF the email received from the form submission preserved the structure of the checkbox options so they appeared one per line.

On the latest version these are displayed in a block and all run into each other (they are marked by a *) but this is not a very nice or easy read format – and on fields with many options is going to lead to human error.

Is there any fix for this issue?

    Any help would be appreciated

    Thanks

  • Hi, did you read the FAQ in regards to upgrading from version 3.X to version 4.X?

Can you also share your URL?

    Thank you

Hi – Thanks for your reply.

Yes I have updated a number of forms.

Just to clarify this is not an issue with the form it is displaying correctly on my web page – this is an issue with the email received from the form

My problem is how the information from the selected checkbox multiple field is displayed in the received email.

Hi, do you have the following enabled Enable to receive email as HTML instead of plain text. under Advanced tab?

Hi, the display issue I have described is not fixed by changing the email delivery format.

This was the first thing I tried.

I am trying to reach out to Mike on this matter.

    Thanks anyway.

There are no settings to change the email template at this time, sorry.
How you describe it is the way it is now.
