Sorry for the delay in responding. I seem to have missed this request.
You can create as many restaurant menus as you want and use the shortcodes to display each menu in whatever place you’d like.
However, there are not fine-grained user permissions around menus. So if you want the restaurants to be able to add and edit their own menus you’d need to do a decent amount of custom coding.
Sorry again, I am knocking off support requests for a few different plugins. I thought you were asking about my restaurant menu plugin.
The reservations plugin wouldn’t really be feasible in a restaurant directory situation. All bookings go into a single pool so there’s no support for separating out different bookings for different restaurants, or allowing users access to only their bookings.
That would take quite a bit of custom development, unfortunately.

You can take a look at my Food and Drink Menu plugin. But bare in mind that depending on how you run your business directory, it may require quite a bit of coding to get going.
