    On the Blocked IPs page, it would be useful to be able to make notes for IPs which were manually blocked, since the reason for the block isn’t very detailed or specific. I would propose that when the reason for the block is “Manual block by administrator”, the field be editable.

    In addition, it would also be useful if there was a “Make temporary” link for the IPs that indicate “[permanently blocked]”. Currently, there’s no way to have manually blocked IPs automatically expire, like automatically blocked IPs.
