Display G tab prior to 6/28/11?

One of the changes I keep making manually is to suppress this display of the G+ tab if the post is older than 6/28/2011 (the premiere of beta access to G+), and Facebook if the post is older than 2007.

Any chance you could automatically do this? Or add a checkbox to suppress the tab if the post is older than the service? Better yet would be to add a start and end date for each type (in my case, I switched from wordpress to G+ on 6/28/11, so I actually suppress G+ before than date and wordpress afterward)

I’d also like to suppress the WordPress icon, since in my case I also shove Twitter and other things in there, so mine is labeled “Local” and the icon looks out of place. A checkbox per service to display the icon would be very nice 🙂
