    Hello there,
I apologize for the delayed response and for the trouble you are having!
Are your PDFs uploaded to the WooCommerce uploads directory, via the Woo file uploader in the product editor pane? The fseek() error can occur when the PDF file is not where the plugin expects to find it.

Thanks for your help. I loved the plugin but at this stage I needed to get the site up and running ASAP so I went for a paid plugin that seems to work.

Glad you figured something out. I am unable to work on this plugin until mid-June so it will might get buggy before then. But my answer stands for anyone else having his problem. The plugin doesn’t save a local version of the file before watermarking so the PDF needs to be in the place Woo expects it to be. Cheers!
