    Hi,

    I’m using the pro version of this plugin so I hope I will get some help fast enough, as this considers a live website.
    If I’m testing my contact form (made with CF7) I keep getting double opt-in mail to confirm my subscription. This is not the purpose! In Mailchimp and also in plugin settings MailChimp for WordPress this option is deactivated, so don’t understand why it keeps sending this mail…

    Also, I got a hidden field that needs to be sent to MailChimp list, but it doens’t happen. It concerns the field “website”. Any idea what is going wrong please anybody? Thanks in advance!

    Concerning page: http://www.chocola-tuti.be/en/contact-en/

    Settings of CF7:
    <p>[text* FNAME placeholder “Your first name*”]
    [text* LNAME placeholder “Your name*”]
    [email* EMAIL placeholder “Your e-mail*”]
    [tel tel-532 placeholder “Your phone number”]
    [text your-company placeholder "Company"]
    [text your-subject placeholder "Subject"]
    [textarea* your-message placeholder “Your message*”]
    <input type=”hidden” name=”_mc4wp_lists[]” value=”bea71ef471″ />
    <input type=”hidden” name=”mc4wp-subscribe” value=”1″ />
    <input type=”hidden” name=”KANAAL” id=”KANAAL” value=”website” />
    [submit “Send”]</p>

    Alright, have been looking some further. I found solution for the double opt-in issue! 🙂

    Only problem that is left is the hidden field which is not sent to MC:
    <input type=”hidden” name=”KANAAL” id=”KANAAL” value=”website” />

    Anyone?

    Hello Steven,

    I’m glad you figured out the first issue. The Double opt-in settings for CF7 integration is available within the “MailChimp for WP > Integrations > Contact Form 7” page.

    Regarding the hidden field, to send additional data to your list, first make sure you have created a field in your MailChimp list. Secondly, you need to prefix the name of the field in your form with “mc4wp-“. This helps our plugin know that we need to send this data to your MailChimp account.

    As you are using our paid version, in future you can contact us directly by using the form on our website https://mc4wp.com/contact/. Just make sure to use the same email address you had used to purchase the license.

    Hi Harish,

    Great, that did the trick! I didn’t put the “mc4wp-” indeed, dummy me 🙂
    Thanks for helping me out and I will contact you directly via website next time 😉

    Hi again Harish,

    I had new question, so I contacted support directly by using the form on your website as you asked, but I didn’t receive an answer yet (asked the question couple of days back).
    Can you look into it please?
    I would like to upgrade from personal license to developers license.
    Thanks in advance!

    Kind regards,

    Hi Steven,

    Im surprised to hear you didn’t receive any reaction. I can’t find your ticket in our system.

    Here is some information about upgrading your license:
