Password strength dissuades account creation and reviews

The required password strength stops nearly all of my customers from creating an account (there are 3). As a result, purchasers are unable to review the products and I have zero reviews despite 100% satisfaction.

Might I suggest that customers be allowed to leave reviews based on email address alone? No login required? I am sure that this would help me get some reviews. As it stands I have currently disabled the reviews tab because it looks like nobody likes their purchase!

Any suggestions?
