Troubleshooting Deprecated functions?

I had to migrate over my website to another hard drive after the original one failed and I’ve been unable to login to my dashboard. I’ve tried deleting my account on the server re-installing wp with my backups and still no go. After enabling debug and uploading the wp-includes/functions.php from the latest version 4.5.1 I still have the same issue. See below.

I enabled wp-debug and see these errors:
