Web Page changes not displaying when clicking through link redirect

We have a page on our site that is the redirect destination from a partners site, and after we’ve updated our page, it is not showing as updated when someone clicks through to it from our partners site. I’ve purged the page, made it a draft and then re-published it, etc., and cannot seem to get it to show the change when someone is coming from the partners page.

Any suggestions, ideas as to what the issue is?
