Hi, sorry to hear you are having issues with Black Listing IP address. Are the Users IP address you banned “add to the blacklist” use a static IP address or a dynamic IP address?
Read the following support thread. One of the developers provides a very good testing example.
Which version of apache is your server running?
Show your host support people the .htaccess code for the blacklist feature and ask them why your server is not blocking the IP addresses. Let us know what they say.

thanks for the answers. your plugin is great, just… the ip is not working for me.
so the IP banned are statics. people have access to my website, but my website is broken : texts appears but not pictures. but they can go to the website…….
into my htacces, i can the all the IP blocked by the plugin….

Can you elaborate a bit more on this:
the people (i try on differents computers & ip) can to access the website and rea texts, etc… only pictures are deleted…
Do you mean that the website normally loads, just no images are loaded when someone visits the site from blacklisted IP?
Is it possible to access WordPress admin (or login page) from blacklisted IP?
Last question: do you know if your website is installed in subdirectory?

hi, my host and i think there are a trouble with the WP super chache, peaple have always the old version of website on the browser. we dont see another else so…. maybe it is not a bug of your plugin, i’m happy because your plugin is great, thank you 😉
