UPS discounted rate from my UPS account really counts?

    Hi,

    My store set some of products are free shipping. With Pro version:

    1. Can you still let me print UPS shipping label?
    2. Is the label still created based on my UPS discounted rate on my UPS billing account? (all transactions need to be display shipping record/history on my UPS account with discounted rate).

    Please advise. Thanks in advance!

    Hi,

    1. You need to select a service for printing label from UPS plugin. However, the service name is not reflected in the label, so can be used with free shipping.
    2. If you select negotiated rates in plugin settings, then postage calculated will have your account specific rates.

    That’s Correct! The negotiated rates will be the same as you get from UPS.com directly.
