Plugin for web site that stores and retrieves user data entry?

I’m wanting to use WordPress to create a web site (as opposed to a blog) that allows a user to create a user specific login where they can fill out a data questionnaire that will store that users data, allow it to be retrieved and displayed when they log back in, and allow them to update it. For example…John Smith creates a login/password for himself and answers the displayed questions, “What’s Your Favorite Color?” and “Do You Prefer Ice Cream or Cake?”

That info gets stored for John Smith and a few days later he can log back in, pull up his info about Colors and Ice Cream vs Cake and then make changes that will be updated to his profile.

Is there some sort of plugin that is designed to help me do this?
