    @anant01 – First check out:

    All issues so far since the update went out have already been resolved, are being patched already or had nothing to do with Popup Maker being broken at all (caused by other things) so we will need more information to have any chance of helping you with this, such as what the actual problem is.

    For the best chance of getting it solved please follow each of those, and if you still need help be sure to include all of the needed information otherwise we can’t help you get it solved.

    Consider if you went to the doctor and just said “I’m Broken” he would likely not be able to help you either without more info. Same here.

    Closing this ticket as it doesn’t have any relevant issues. Please start a new ticket with a clear description of the problem so that if another user ends up with the same problem they can easily find it as well.

    No this does not help – The Tool is for coders only and totaly confusing for normal users. No problems for coders but I can not recommend this as a smooth solution, even coders are happy with this playing around setting tricky triggers. Sorry – you have a focused target user group. I wasted to much time to get it working…. Only Usability will bring new customers, and for this i am willing to pay even…

    @anant01 – Sorry to hear that, but I don’t think any of our users see it your way, but there are dozens of other plugins out there so I am sure you will find a solution that works for you.

    The problem is you can’t be both versatile solving everyones needs and have one button that just makes it work. That is simply asking too much of anyone.

    Also you don’t have to do the debugging steps provided, they were provided assuming you actually wanted to solve a problem, a problem which you still have not given even a hint of detail to.

    If your confused by the new settings I would be happy to detail them for you prior to the release of our new docs, but at this point my original statement stands, this thread is closed since it doesn’t actually pertain to any specific issue, nor does it provide any valuable insight to others or to us for future improvements.

    As I said, if you would like help, we would be happy to help, if not please don’t keep adding to this thread.

    Although I appreciate the attempts at feedback, I don’t feel our users agree with you. In fact in just over 1 year we have become the highest rated, and 2nd highest used popup plugin for WordPress.
