Other users manage members profiles

I have a website where members and their managers have accounts. The members can create and upload their content, but the managers have their own login and can see a list of the members they manage on their profile page. From there they can go into the members profile (which is a custom page that looks like the normal profile page) and update it as needed. I have gotten all of this working except for the saving of the members profile from the managers account. When I hit “Update Profile” I get the error “Are you sure you want to do this?”.
