Location-> if deleted backend -> not deleted in tables…

it has been a while since I had this similar situation.. and I manually went in and deleted the location. I ignored the problem at the time.

I haven’t read here with anybody else experiencing this…
so maybe, once again just me.

In the admin… Locations, the item is removed.
But it still is in the database tables, and you see it when using the “auto fill” for an event, the location.
    For example:
if entering “Wharf” both of these show up..
The Wharf Gang Plank is good.
The Wharf DC shows and should be gone but still in the database table and shows.

I do correct the problem by deleting the wrong location in my database.

    Yes.

Which version of Events Manager and WordPress are you using?

Are you running any custom code relating to Events Manager?

Been super busy…. apologies for not getting back sooner…

I “know” I had this problem when I first started using EM two years ago…
but it may very well have been a plugin conflict with a similar plugin as I was testing both.

So it does not appear to be a problem anymore (recently tested).

But what did happen, and resulted in my confusion because of the previous issue…

Is that I started using another plugin to import Facebook events to EM.

As I set the other plugin to “push” pending, not publish…
It places two rows in wp_em_locations table.

One that is correct for “pending” with “NULL” fields…
Second row with the Location information from Facebook… as though it were published… but is really pending.

EM , with both “pending,” only shows one “pending” location in the Admin.

It is this Second row that does not get deleted from the database,
when normally deleting the Location from Admin.

But… when using Autofill… , the bad “Second” row, that does not get deleted… appears.

While it took a while to figure out what was going on because of my inexperience….
I simple commented out in the other plugin…. the insertion to the database the Location being imported.

As always thank you for your support and the plugin.

    Rob.
