(Test) email not working

    Hi Bakkie,

    Can you please let me know you are sending the test email from “Text” mode or the “Visual” mode of the Email Body?    

    Currently, we have a known issue where if you try to send the test email from “Text” mode of the email body then test email is not sent.

    Can you please provide us the email address? So we can provide you the modified copy of our plugin which contains the fix for the test email issue.

    If you are sending the test email from the visual mode of the email body then can you please drop an email on tickets at tychesoftwares dot uservoice dot com with your issues?

    Note:

    We will release this fix in the next update of the plugin which has the same fix.
