• When I went in to upgrade to the latest version of WP, I noticed that several plugins and the themes we use also needed upgrading. I used backup buddy to backup the full site and database before I started the upgrading. Everything went fine but when I went back into our website, the custom theme we use was gone.

I tried to restore the backup copy I made before I upgraded hoping that the template would still be there. I downloaded importbuddy.php and ftped it to the public_html directory together with the backup zipped file. I entered http://at-riskyouth.org/importbuddy.php in my browser and got to the page where it asked me to enter my importbuddy password. I did and even though the password is correct it still gives me the:

Invalid password. Please enter the password you provided within BackupBuddy Settings. Attempt #1.

I also made sure the importbuddy password in backupbuddy is correct but I keep on getting this invalid password error.

What am I doing wrong? I am terribly frustrated because first of all I have never done a restore before and am not that familiar with the whole process. In the meantime, our website is down because the template is no longer there. Can someone please help me? We are willing to pay for help as long as we can be back up and running within a reasonable time frame.

Our website is at-riskyouth.org. It currently has the unavailable message displayed which I created in the root as index.html.

Thank you for helping me or steering me in the right direction.
