New Form updates – "From" email syntax errors

Hello all,

I just updated to the newest version and am getting some weird syntax errors in the “from” email field. I haven’t changed anything and was just using the default forms.

This is what the forms used to have in the “from” field, but now it’s telling me that “This email address does not belong to the same domain as the site.”

[your-name] <[your-email]>

What should I replace it with now – in order for it to be valid?
