Image upload problem with custom Business Directory plugin

We’ve been using a plugin built off the Business Directory plugin for five years. Recently, it stopped allowing a picture to be uploaded for each listing. I have tried everything I can think of. You can see pictures on this page, but they have been there for a long time. When we try to change the picture or edit the listing, the image upload problem asserts itself. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
