Since updating to WP 4.5 no emails are coming in…

Hello :o)

We just recently updated our site to version 4.5.1. I noticed that since doing so, no emails have been coming in even though the submission form says the info has been successfully submitted.

This worries me because I’m not sure how many people have submitted info to our form and think all has gone through ok even though I haven’t received any submissions on my end.

Please let me know if there is anything I can do to fix this issue, or if some sort of update is in the works as soon as possible. We should be getting quite a large number or submissions in during the next few days and I’d hate to miss them all.
