Hi Guys.
I use Caldera Form (ver 1.3.0.2 ) . I don’t know what happened.
I did not change nothing with forms, but they stopped work properly.

On main page – blwcorp.pl form works properly but on subpage http://blwcorp.pl/oferta the same form looks different ( other font, other colour, I can not see the text input)

Do I have to update plugin ?

Please update to the latest version and if you are still having problems, open a bug report with as much information as possible at https://github.com/Desertsnowman/Caldera-Forms/issues/
