What do you mean with pages? Different WordPress installations or just a single page in different languages? If it’s the latter: What plugin(s) do you use to create different languages for a page? Screenshots would also be helpful.
I used WPGlobus plugin to create w-site on diffrent laguage.
When I open post for editing I see line where I can write second title just for Russian page, there is no the same for english.
I didnt find way how I can put screenshot here to show you.

I opened the post for russian page, under the title “Русская баня. Хочу погорячее” there is line for second title (I can put it here). If I change language on english (button under the second title). There is no the same line for second title on English, it is just for main title.
