Recently Modified Files in /wflogs and other directory

    I received weekly email with a report of Wordfence activity and saw recently modified files in /wflogs and /plugins/wordfence/vendor/wordfence/wf-waf/src/logs/.

    Are they normal and something that the Wordfence plugin should be doing by modifying files on their own? Or they something I should be concerned about such as someone hacked in and modified files in these directories?
