Unable To Install Plugins or themes in Admin panel

    Good day,
    I keep getting this error each time i want to install a plugin or a theme or even plugin that has to do with server like wordfence.
    An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.
    Please how do i solve this?

    You need to talk to your webhost; your host has outgoing connections to wordpress.org blocked. That’s why your WordPress install can’t access wordpress.org’s theme and plugins directories.
