2.8.4 Widget Drag and Drop 2.8.4

    last night my blog worked fine. Today after upgrading to 2.8.4 I have no Header Image and I cannot drag and drop in the Widgets area.

    Any help out there??

    If you have the WP Events Calendar plug in – get rid of it, it messes up widget drag & drop plus alot of other problems.

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-related problems?

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
