you’ll need to talk to your hosting company about that. It’s nothing to do with WordPress.
Ok.
But I tried contacting them and there’s no reply
Isn’t there something that I can do myself
I have the cpanel login details an everything with me. Can’t I correct the issue ?
If you login to your hosting account, you may find a message from the host explaining why the account has been suspended.
http://www.ghantee.com does not resolve to an IP address, so you’ll need to go into the dns zone editor in cpanel and make sure you have a cname record to point http://www.ghantee.com to ghantee.com. If not, add a record in the list.
Your host’s techs are best placed to help you with this.
even though the IP is screwed up, the basic issue is that your host has suspended your account. Messing with the DNS will not solve that.
