Gravity Forms – Reply and content

    Hi there,
    I’m trying to create a Trouble Ticket system using Gravity Forms and Advanced Custom Fields. Getting my form created is no problem, but where I’m running into an issue is that once there’s a form submitted, I want the administrator to be able to click a “Reply” button within the individual entry and type a custom message – so a threaded display of messages related to the original form submission.

    Is this possible? Or am I barking up the wrong tree?
