A blog that shows another website..frames maybe?

    I would like my wordpress blog to pullup information from another website and display that website within my blog.
    For instance, if I wanted to show my favorite ice cream shop, then I would say here is a view of Magie Moo’s ice cream and then show a view of the website as it is now. It would call up that websites design.
    I believe Microsoft Front Page used to use frames to do such, but I can’t figure out how to do it with wordpress, or what plug in to use.
