    Hi there,

Sorry you’re having trouble, but I believe this is most likely a mix of a lot of things rather than that our update caused this. If you cannot access your site at the moment, the best thing to do is to login to your site via FTP, and go to wp-content/plugins/give and change the folder name to wp-content/plugins/give-OFF That will disable Give completely and hopefully restore your site.

Let me know when that is done and I’ll take a look at your site to see if I find any other strange things that might be the cause of this issue.

I renamed the folder for Give Recurring donations and site is back up. When will this be fixed? Recurring donations are disabled 🙁

It’s done. I updated Give Recurring donations and bam. It IS that plugin update.

Since it’s recurring donations, and not the Give Core, please contact us through our Priority Support: https://givewp.com/support

We’ll jump right on it. Thanks!

Hey @eac2015 – We provided the older plugin version so you can downgrade to that: https://givewp.com/my-account/#tab_downloads

I’ll respond over on the priority support ticket you put in this morning.
