Issues menu screen sorting incorrect

    I am pretty sure this is a new bug.

    When you go to Articles -> Issues, the issues were normally shown with the most recent first.

    Now the order appears alphabetical.

    Along the top of the list of issues are sort buttons, however the one marked “Issue Order” does not do anything.
