Hello the same problem.
6 sites updated with any problem,
and 1 broked in front-end only code 500, admin work well.
(theme child from twentytwelve – not the other sites )
All wp 4.5 and all updated manually.
Disable PUBLICIZE feature in Jetpack and re-enable it. It will work!

Switch off jetpack and after switch on work too
disabling publicize works for me, now to work out what’s causing the problem and get it fixed
Same here. @khahina suggetions work for, disable and re-enable Plublicize.

Hi,
After upgrading my wordpress 4.5 website http://www.lesgoodnews.fr/ to Jetpack 4.0 with Hueman theme.
I have same issue “error 500” and blank page
I downgrade to Jetpack version 3.9.6

I will wait for the fix in a new update of 4.X version and an answer from the plugin authors on these issue.
Caoulic & nagpal, I switched Publicize off and on again and my site works now.
I’ve disabled automatic updates on Jetpack so I’m home next time it updates, just in case.

To get rid of the error, you can log in to your site via FTP or CPanel, and delete the existing Jetpack plugin folder:
You’ll find the Jetpack plugin folder here:
wp-content
plugins
jetpack - DELETE THIS FOLDER
If you’re not sure how to do this, you can ask your hosting company for help. They should also have documentation explaining how to edit or remove files from your site using FTP or a File Manager in your admin panel.
After that’s done, you can reinstall the version of Jetpack prior to 4.0, which is 3.9.6. You can download it here:

3.9.6 will ask you to upgrade to 4.0, but just ignore that for now until the GitHub issue above is resolved.
