[Plugin: Email Before Download] Log does not contain names or emails

Hello,

I have installed this plug-in and combined it with Contact Form 7 and Download Monitor. I have chosen to share the link by email, so when someone uses the contact form on the website they receive an email with a link to a PDF file. This process seems to work fine, the other person receives the email without any problems and can download the file.

However, when I download the log in the Email Before Download settings screen, most of it is empty. I can see some information in the download_id and item_title fields, but the email and user_name fields, which are the main ones I need, are empty. Also, the time_requested contains a date in 1970! Anybody knows why the email and name fields are empty, and how to solve this issue? In case it helps, I’m trying here: http://www.medialoc.net/en/resources/
