    Hello,

I set up caldera forms for a site. But I want the replies to go to an emaidl address other than the site admins. I know I cant write the emails in the BCC field of the Mailer Section. But how can I do it so that the site admin doesn’t receive them also.

Thanks for using Caldera Forms, I know it is confusing, but this forum is not the correct place to request support or bug reports. Please see our readme for information on support and bug reports.

Jesus Christ. Why couldn’t the question just be answered? Why does this person with a legitimate issue have to be redirected somewhere else? Other people read these and can use these. Instead, we have to go on a wild goose chase to find the answer.

    hi bttmrc.,

the mailer function is for notification and you can send the duplicate with BCC

for message to customer who fulfill the form you can use autoresponder processor, just click tab processor and add new processor type autoresponder, hope that help tq

fyi. or you just simply not using your admin email as the Recipients in the mailer

Caldera forms only sends emails to wordpress site admin. if i use BCC option, its shows wordpress site admin email id in the emails. i want to send emails to exact email id i want, not just as BCC. THIS IS A BIG ISSUE WITH THIS FORM.

    Please help
